Pilot’s may use the following form to report details of any occurrence which may have affected the safety of operations at the Airport.
Where necessary or requested, we will contact you as required to follow up your report.

To protect your privacy, City Airport Ltd will never distribute your name, e-mail address or other information to any third parties except partner organisations and service providers with whom it is essential to share information for operational and safety purposes, and government departments where required under the regulations within which we operate.
